If any of your items are unsuitable, please email us at ‘email@example.com’ to request a return. Please send your request over within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with the garment label attached. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to use a tracked method as we can not reimburse lost items.
To request a refund, send an email to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ with ‘Refund’ in the subject box and include a brief description of the reason you wish to return the items. We will then send you a confirmation email informing you where to send your items. Once your items have been received and checked, an email will be sent to inform you of when your refund is on it’s way. Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.
If you’d like to exchange your items, send us an email at ‘email@example.com’ with ‘Exchange’ in the subject. Please include a brief description of the reason you wish to return your items and the items you would like to exchange them for. We will then send you a confirmation email informing you where to send your items. Once your returned items have been received and checked, we will get your exchange items sent out to you. Additional postage and any extra cost for higher priced items will need to be paid before your new items can be posted. We will send you an email with instructions on how to do this.
If you believe your items are faulty, please contact us at ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’. Please put ‘Faulty’ in the subject box and include a description of the fault. You will then receive information on how to return your items. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of reporting the fault.
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please check with your local sorting office to see if your item is waiting for you there. If your item can not be located, contact us at ‘email@example.com’. Please put ‘Lost Items’ in the subject box and include your order number in the email. We always obtain proof of postage so we will do everything we can to help locate your items.
